Our Story

Preston Bowles & Al Lindeman spent the first half of their careers leading businesses for corporations, achieving powerful growth and performance. They then followed their passions by working with small and mid-market companies to achieve similar results.

After over a decade of consulting and training, Preston Bowles and Al were introduced by a trusted friend who suggested there were strong synergies between what they did and why they did it. After a few meetings, Preston & Al knew they were supposed to work together. As a result, they combined their operations in 2020 and launched Anavo Growth Partners. Anavo has continued to grow, flourish, and fulfill the aspirations of business owners by fulfilling its purpose of “Igniting Businesses and Transforming Lives”.

Preston Bowles / CEO / Practice Leader: Strategic Planning

After beginning his career with Procter & Gamble, Preston went on to lead and revitalize eight regional and national business units. As a private business owner, he led his company from the bottom 3% in the nation to the top 5%. Since then, he has consulted with over 50 companies enabling them and their employees to thrive while also achieving extraordinary growth. Preston’s ability to see untapped potential in the market and to create high levels of customer and employee engagement has allowed him to create dramatic growth across multiple industries, including consumer products, B2B, healthcare and the service sector.

Preston brings to Anavo clients a deep background in strategic planning, branding & marketing, merger integration, sales optimization, operations, and finance.

Al Lindeman / COO / Practice Leader: Leadership & Culture
Al started his professional career in B2B Sales first with Honeywell and then with ADT Security Systems. With both companies he consistently exceeded his sales objectives while also developing an in-depth understanding of effective sales systems and processes. Then he moved into a management role with a large, privately-owned mechanical contracting company where he played a key role in helping the company thrive through growth of sales, revenue, and profitability, as well as expanding their geographic footprint successfully opening multiple new offices. Al’s responsibilities included leading the sales, operations, and administrative staff of his business units along with consistently achieving growth and profitability goals.
For the past ten years, Al has been working as a consultant, trainer, executive mentor helping companies in the areas of improving employee engagement, B2B business development, change management, organizational culture, leadership development, and effective communication skills. Al’s passion for leadership and people development led him to develop the Responsible Leadership Model which is used extensively to help companies improve their culture, develop their people, improve cooperation and collaboration, and achieve higher levels of financial success including profitability.

Tim White / Principal / Practice Leader: Sales & Operations

Tim began his career at Convergys, leading direct sales and operational teams to drive efficiency and growth. He then honed his expertise at Experian and Carlson Companies, developing data-driven strategies to enhance business performance. For the past 15 years, Tim has helped mid-market businesses thrive in both private and private-equity-backed environments, leading acquisition integrations and value-creation strategies. His track record includes driving double-digit revenue growth in sales, improving operational efficiency by 3X, and creating frictionless customer experiences that maximize efficiency and profitability.
Tim’s formula for success is leveraging people, processes, and tools to engage organizations, drive alignment, and create frictionless customer experiences. His expertise spans transformational sales strategies, revenue growth initiatives, customer engagement, and operational excellence — all designed to maximize efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction.
